Who We Are
Our mission is to provide a better quality of life and encourage greater independence to individuals with developmental disabilities.
What started out as a way to increase public awareness and education about developmental disabilities, has become an organization that provides employment and residential services to adults living with developmental disabilities.
We achieve our mission by offering quality residential services, through our Intermediate Care Facility, Group Homes, Daily Living Support Homes and Assisted Living Programs. Our employment service programs through The Trails Sheltered Workshop, Enclaves, and Community Integrated Employment allow clients to receive valuable work experience.

Assisted Living
We’re Here to Help
At EARC we understand each individual client’s needs. We’re happy to provide Assisted Living services for our clients who do not require 24 hour care but still need support in some areas. Our staff will assist with transportation, grocery shopping, laundry, medical appointments and leisure activities. Assisted Living clients also have access to EARC staff in cases when the primary caregiver may be at work or have other obligations.
