Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance available to employees after 60 days of employment. EARC pays a portion of this cost and dependent coverage is available.
Paid Time Off (PTO): Paid Time Off (PTO) begins accruing the day you start working. Over the course of your first year of employment, you will have accrued 10 days of PTO (based on full time employment). This amount increases after the fifth year of continued employment.
Holidays: EARC recognizes six (6) holidays—New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
